PLEASE HELP MY MOM! Please take a moment and learn her story! ❤️

Hi everyone, my name is Jaclyn and I’m here writing for my mom Dianne Pantino. My whole world, my best friend, my soulmate to help share the word and win her more life! To help her find a kidney!

Unfortunately my mom who is the most kindest, loving and CARING soul has received an extremely late diagnosis with end stage 5 kidney failure.

Due to the failed healthcare system, her doctor actually knew for the last five years but never mentioned it to her - regardless of the normal checkups every 3 months she attended. Her doctor of 5 years whom she thought she could trust and no they did not have an online portal where there’s access to clarity of what’s what with your records, she took his word and went over her blood work and urinalysis every 3 months but he said NOTHING for five years - he neglected to tell her she had kidney disease but physically wrote it out in her records! She broke out in an invisible rash and when I called him, he said no to blood work and he would decide when! So I said; NO! And took her to a random primary doctor who let her know two days later that she needed a kidney transplant, and needed one atleast two years ago. My mom now is connected to a machine and does dialysis at home to stay alive 70 hours a week.

My mom’s GFR ranges right now from 11-13% when the average woman’s kidney is filtering between 100-120%. We are running for her life and running on borrowed time.

This is a nightmare and we’re truly devastated and could use all the help this world could grace us with.

I spent the last year laying low getting my health together and get her on that kidney transplant list which I was able to do in 5 months and to be as strong as I can be to give her MY kidney.

Last minute, ( unfortunately but thankfully) the surgeon found out my artery and vein are too small to attach to my mom or anyone’s and it would have caused my mom to die and me to end up waking up with one kidney and no mom. So here I am social media, we need you. We need humanity. We need help. Please help my mom, Dianne. We were given a pair, to share!

Please help save my mom’s life!

I would have done it myself if I could have, I would have done and will do anything to help her. She deserves all the love and light that this world can shine on her.
I thank you for your time.

All my love, Jaclyn
